Eponine is a newly formed chocolate and patisserie company and they came to the University to allow us to rebrand their company. They wanted black and white minimal design. I did a lot of research and surveys which proved that colour attracted people the most to chocolate and gifts (mainly their target audience) therefore I presented the client with and alteration to what they wanted by including a minimal amount of colour. I chose a playful style to the design as they put a lot of effort into making their chocolate look appealing so I bought out that artistic style onto the packaging. One of their requests was that the design worked on both black and white background because of the patisserie range of which can be seen throughout the range.
